HARD-BOILED CRIME

I think professional hard-boiled crime fiction writers would understand this:
The problem of amateur hard-boiled writers is that they have to become very popular first before they ‘get the license’ to write hard-boiled. I mean most publishers wouldn’t publish hard-boiled because normally, it contains curses and very violent scenes. What now if you write hard-boiled best as is my case?
