‘The liberal group Media Matters has quietly transformed itself in preparation for what its founder, David Brock, described in an interview as an all-out campaign of “guerrilla warfare and sabotage” aimed at the Fox News Channel.
‘The group, launched as a more traditional media critic, has all but abandoned its monitoring of newspapers and other television networks and is narrowing its focus to Fox and a handful of conservative websites, which its leaders view as political organizations and the “nerve center” of the conservative movement. Shoulder Pain Tip
A habit of lying down sideways can injure your shoulder if your bed isn’t soft enough.
I doubt that I have shoulder arthritis since I do regular upper-body exercise and have no problem with my diet. I don’t suspect tendinitis too since I didn’t have any left shoulder injuries. Then I realized that the way I lie down in bed might have caused the problem. I have the habit of lying down on my left side and moving while reading. The problem is that I don’t like and use soft mattress and my shoulder is heavy so I probably injured my shoulder that way.
