‘Just about everything you do on your computer can be tracked. That’s because every time you visit a website, view an online video, or open or create files using any type of application on your computer, traces of data get stored on your hard drive. Even when you clear your browser history, delete files, and empty your recycle bin, those traces of data remain.
‘While this is your computer’s way of making it easy for you to revisit websites or restore data that you accidentally deleted, those traces of data can serve as an open book to anyone who gains access to your computer. Accumulating enough of this hidden data, can also dramatically slow down your computer and compromise its performance over time-that is unless you have Anti Tracks Free Edition!
‘With Anti Tracks FREE Edition installed on your computer, you can permanently erase ALL web browser, Windows, and third-party application usage history, including the revealing tracks of hidden data, without any chance of recovery even with today’s most sophisticated computer recovery tools…’

iPad Hack Statement Of Responsibility
‘…I thought it was egregiously negligent for AT&T to be publishing a complete target list of iPad 3G owners, and I took a sample of the API output to a journalist at Gawker.I did this because I despised people I think are unjustly wealthy and wanted to embarass them. I thought this is the United States of America where we have the right to do basic arithmetic and query public webservers.

Why You Should Never Vacuum Your PC
‘It’s bad to clean the inside of your computer with a vacuum cleaner because vacuuming creates a large static build up that could (and most likely will) discharge into the sensitive electronics inside your computer case. There are specialized vacuum cleaners designed for cleaning out computers and electronic equipment but given the limited amount of use a single user would get from such a purchase it’s not a very wise one—they start at $300+ and can easily break the $1000 price barrier…’

Ummmm, aside from the eliminating unwanted clutter on ones computer what else good would it do ? If we are installing all these Google options our every move will be monitored as Google will be reading (archiving) everything that comes across their little systems as of March, 2013 is it not ? That somewhat defeats the purpose of eliminating any tracks don’t you think?
I think Google warned about that Rose. What G implies is ‘trust us or not’.
That’s why I chose to archive only Blogger and Picasa (none very personal). Thanks Rose.
Another thing Rose. If you decide to archive any of the services, don’t open the zip file unless you need to. That way, it remains zipped and safer.
