See Why Everyone’s Talking About It
‘A 20 year-old man came down with appendicitis in October last year. He posted the bill on Reddit and it has gone viral. The US Health Care system is a topic of much debate, not only in the US but around the world. A lot of countries get ‘free’ health care, so needless to say, this has stirred up a lot of conversation.
‘As if waking up in excruciating pain isn’t enough, this is the bill he received in the mail a couple months later. Take a look:…’
How US government subsidies affect what we eat
US government subsidies make processed, unhealthy foods much less expensive than healthy whole foods.
‘In part 2 of this program, Peter Jennings explores how agricultural subsidies have a direct connection to obesity. The food is cheap to produce and can be sold at high prices because of branding.
‘Politics, not what is best for the health of the US or the world, is behind the decisions that affect the food supply. That’s not really a surprise to anyone who has paid attention. But how many people are paying attention?…’

‘I know, I know. We’re trafficking in some horribly anachronistic ideas here: In 2014, an able-bodied man carrying a walking stick looks simply lame. What is this, a steampunk meetup? Many enlightened people believe that dueling is no less antiquated. Indeed, this has been the case since before the Enlightenment. The first French law against dueling was passed in 1559—and promptly disregarded. The last French duel was fought in 1967…’
Flight 370: The misdirection continues
The US military has satellites in the air all over the globe scanning everything 24/7/365. For decades now they’ve been bragging that on a clear day they cannot only see the golf ball, they can also read what brand it is.
There are two possibilities:
1. Their claims are total bullshit (always a distinct possibility)
2. Their claims are true.
If they’re true, how can you lose track of an airplane that size?
Answer: You never lost track of it. They know exactly where it is
and have known all along.
