‘A 35-year-old Jacksonville woman is charged with attempted murder after a pregnant woman was shot in the stomach, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

‘The unborn child died after the shooting.

‘Virginia Denise Wyche, 35, is accused of shooting 23-year-old Makeisha Nicole Brooks outside the front door of Wyche’s Northwest Jacksonville home on Castle Boulevard after Brooks slapped her in the face, according to police…’
